This Consent to Receive Association Notices by Electronic Transmission/Community (this “Consent”) is intended to affirmatively consent to receiving, by electronic transmission and/or electronic communication, any and all notices required and/or permitted under Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes, as amended and/or renumbered from time to time, to be sent to Unit Owners from The Sanctuary at Bay Hill Condominium Association, Inc. (the “Association”). For purposes of this Consent, the terms “electronic transmission” and “electronic communication” mean and refer to electronic mail (e-mail) and/or by facsimile.
The undersigned is a Unit Owner and hereby knowingly and voluntarily consents to receive such notices from the Association by electronic transmission and/or electronic communication at the e-mail address(es) and/or facsimile number(s) set forth in this Consent.
The undersigned understands, acknowledges, and agrees that this Consent shall remain in full force and effect, and that the Association shall be entitled to rely on this Consent, until the undersigned affirmatively revokes this Consent in writing and submits such written revocation to the Association and/or the Association’s designee.
